Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new logos and expand wallet share in chosen vertical (BFSI, Retail or aviation).
Leverage network for lead gen; execute BD strategies with virtual offshore support.
Position firm as sector innovator; manage bids, relationships, and strategic objectives.
Probe needs logically, deliver workshops, and close deals via consultative excellence.
Achieve yearly goals on revenue, targets, and KPIs in fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
10+ years total; 8+ years domain-specific BD/sales in tech services/solutions.
Track record in account management, marketing to buyers, and team motivation (no direct reports).
Graduate; deep knowledge of IT products, infrastructure, digital/security in global contexts.
Passionate, resilient hunter with strong problem-solving across tech/people/models.
