At Waterleau, we are looking for an HR Business Partner – Talent & Organization who wants to combine hands-on recruitment with broader HR business partnering.
Waterleau is growing internationally, and attracting the right people is critical to our success. In this role, you will take ownership of recruitment while also partnering with managers on people topics and contributing to the further development of our HR practices.
You will work closely with the CHRO and business leaders and help shape strong teams across our international organization.
🎯 Your impact
Talent Acquisition
· Lead the full recruitment cycle, from role definition to onboarding
· Partner with managers to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning
· Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract engineering and corporate talent
· Deliver a strong candidate experience and ensure high-quality hiring decisions
· Help build a consistent recruitment approach across Waterleau’s international entities
HR Business Partnership
· Build trusted relationships with managers and understand their organizational challenges
· Act as a sounding board on people and team topics
· Support initiatives related to onboarding, employee development, and organizational changes
· Contribute to strengthening HR processes and initiatives across the organization
Employer Branding
· Support initiatives that strengthen Waterleau’s visibility in the talent market
· Represent Waterleau at career events and networking opportunities

· Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally including technical or engineering profiles
· Interest or experience in broader HR topics and business partnering
· Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
· Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
· Comfortable working in an international environment
· Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
