Business Development Manager - HPAC Coatings
This role is central to driving innovation and ensuring the long-term growth and success of our HPAC coatings business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of sales within Europe, helping prospective customers convert from their existing thermoset products to our HPAC coatings by demonstrating the performance advantages of both the coating and its application speed.
The ideal candidate should combine strategic leadership, technical proficiency, and interpersonal skills to drive impactful outcomes and foster a unified organizational vision.
* Master's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
* 10+ Years in the Coating Industry (HPAC: Atmospheric, CUI, Containers, Rail, Marine)
* Proven Ability to Work with Customers and Introduce New Products

Responsibilities:
Lead the Business Development of HPAC Coatings
Develop Sales Strategy, Select Partner Accounts, and Drive Programs to Sales
Understand Value in Use of HPAC Coatings and Set Appropriate Pricing Strategies
Support Commercial Resources in Other Regions
Collaborate with Marketing Manager on Collateral and Trade Shows
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Experience
10+ Years in the Coating Industry (HPAC: Atmospheric, CUI, Containers, Rail, Marine)
Proven Ability to Work with Customers and Introduce New Products
Knowledge of Coating Formulators in Europe, Preferably with an Existing Network of Contacts
Capable of Translating Market Needs, Technical and Commercial, into a Product and Go-to-Market Strategy
