Regional Operations Manager


The primary goal of this position is to serve as a liaison between the back office, retail partners, and points of sale. This role entails managing and developing a portfolio of points of sale to ensure operational excellence across the network.

This position reports directly to the Head of Regional Managers and focuses on driving like-for-like sales performance while fostering strong relationships with franchise partners and retail stores.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Guarantee individual point-of-sale performance within your region
* Coach and support franchise partners to operate efficiently and maximize profitability
* Implement company policies, quality standards, marketing initiatives, and regulatory procedures within your region
* Foster clear communication between head office and sales outlets, ensuring commercial objectives are met
* Maintain customer satisfaction as a top priority in all point-of-sale actions
* Serve as the primary contact for retailers at the local and regional level
* Be responsible for contract renewals with existing retailers
* Stay informed about new retail concepts, industry developments, and competitors


Driving Performance

To drive sales revenue, you will manage kiosk Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including:

* Ensuring Partners utilize production management techniques to boost overall revenues through analysis of peak times and product demand
* Establishing proactive sales activities, such as daily tastings and high levels of customer interaction
* Developing comprehensive sales training programs to motivate partners and increase sales using proven techniques
* Ensuring all Franchise partners have completed sales and customer experience training on the e-learning platform


Retail Relationship Management

You will maintain general business updates with retail partner management, focusing on:

* Defining overall picture, sales, marketing, quality, NPD, company initiatives, action plans, and retailer issues
* Serving as the Sushi Daily brand representative at the local level with retailers
* Communicating important updates, performance success, and marketing plans


Franchise Partner Relationship Management

Your responsibilities include:

* Regular visits to each franchise partner once a month, recorded in GEMBA
* Gaining trust with our franchisees and ensuring their job satisfaction
* Couching our franchise partners on optimizing their business and creating action plans for improvement
* Conducting business reviews with franchise partners twice a year and follow-up action plans
* Assuring respect for the global contract agreement at the local level
* Making meaningful introductions of new partners into retail management
* Completing thorough sign-off process for new Franchise Partners
* Ensuring compliance with store regulations during training
* Contributing to clear documentation on processes and kiosk operations for smooth transition
* Working with KellyDeli to implement actions from Partner Survey Action Plans and CEO Partner Listening sessions

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar Regional Manager/Area Manager position
* Industry experience in Food & Beverage or Food Retail is highly advantageous
