Job Description Job Summary: In this position, you will be part of the quality team and report to the quality manager. You will support the purchase and sales teams with the evaluation of incoming samples and preparation and dispatch of sample requests to our customers. Main tasks and responsibilities: · Preparing and dispatching samples to our clients · Sample roasting for client requests and cupping sessions according to our roasting standards · Set up and break down of cupping tables according to industry standards · Keeping the quality lab clean and organized · Monitoring inventory and equipment · Registering incoming samples · Participating in cupping sessions · Physical grading of green coffee samples · Documentation, record keeping and reporting · Assist sales team and customers with quality related questions
