Your Function
As International Product Merchandiser you will be responsible for several key international markets (e.g. Germany, France, Denmark, the US, the Netherlands). You will manage space and assortment within a focus on various retail formats including franchises, Owned & Operated stores, and concessions & consignments.
Responsibilities
* Our business holds no secrets for you. you analyze our performance from every angle and translate insights into actionable improvements. On top of this, you run cross-functional internal reporting to ensure a smooth continuation of all business processes and flows.
* Apart from our own business, you carry out vendor reporting and analysis, providing recommendations to optimize partnerships.
* You prepare the seasonal budget and guarantee frequent follow-up throughout the season, adjusting the budget where necessary.
* You keep track of our seasonal and non-seasonal assortment, ensuring optimal stock levels through replenishment, transfers, and seasonal adjustments.
* You help determine the sales strategy and timeline, preparing markdown, tracking performance.
* Stakeholder management comes naturally to you. You collaborate cross-functionally with retail teams, stores, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and timely execution.
Your Profile
* In addition to a bachelor’s degree, preferably in an economic or financial field, you bring at least 5 years of experience in a retail context.
* You are proactive and take initiative, working independently while knowing when to align with others.
* Working with numbers doesn’t scare you. You have a data-driven mindset and can translate insights into actionable improvements. You understand the bigger picture and the business impact behind the numbers.
* You combine digital savviness with strong analytical skills.
* You have advanced Excell skills (e.g. building spreadsheets). Knowledge of PowerBI is plus.
* Building strong relationships comes naturally to you. You are skilled in stakeholder management and can network effectively across teams and regions.
* You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.
