For our client, a Belgian family-owned company with an international presence in the agri-food sector, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist EN/NL/FR to strengthen the team and play an essential role in customer relationship management.
You will closely monitor operations, working closely with warehouses, carriers, internal teams, and customers to ensure optimal service across departments.
You maintain close contact with our key accounts and distributors to ensure smooth and correct order processing. In coordination with the Supply Chain, you manage available stock throughout the network, including allocations and monitoring product launches or discontinuations.
You actively contribute to the standardization, documentation, and implementation of processes, and support the training of colleagues.
You create or adjust customer master data and help your colleagues understand and use it correctly.
You critically examine data, generate relevant reports, and participate in process automation.
You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is recommended.
La connaissance de SAP est indispensable.
Languages: you speak Dutch, English, and French fluently
