Mission
Lead the transformation of customer-account data and service structures for a portfolio of hospital clients.
• Migrate account definitions and customer hierarchies from SAP to Salesforce
• Establish a robust data-governance framework that clarifies “what is an account / what is a customer”
• Re-engineer service delivery models based on actual hospital workload and usage patterns
• Ensure adoption of the new Salesforce environment by sales, service, and support teams
• Deliver a scalable, future-proof account structure that improves customer experience and internal efficiency
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Stakeholder Management
– Own end-to-end project plan, scope, timeline, and budget (Prince2 preferred)
– Manage a complex stakeholder map: sales, service, IT, data, compliance, hospital procurement teams
– Facilitate workshops to challenge legacy definitions and secure buy-in on new account model
2. Data Governance & Setup
– Define data standards, naming conventions, and ownership rules for accounts and customers
– Map and cleanse existing SAP data; design migration path to Salesforce
– Build validation rules, workflows, and dashboards that enforce governance policies
3. Change Enablement
– Develop training material and quick-reference guides for Salesforce end-users
– Run pilot roll-outs with selected hospital accounts; iterate based on feedback
– Plan and execute hand-over to internal PMO / service teams at project close
Profile
• 7–10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, with at least two full-cycle CRM data-migration projects (SAP → Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Proven background in pharma or medical devices; familiarity with hospital procurement processes is a plus
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable interrogating large datasets, defining KPIs, and translating insights into operational models
• Strong stakeholder-management skills: able to “stand up” to senior executives and defend decisions with facts
• Prince2 certification or equivalent formal PM training
• Fluent in English and French
