This role is responsible for supporting customers in the successful implementation and use of ServiceNow, including configuration, tailoring and coaching to meet their unique business requirements. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity to join an established but still fast-growing organization. /p h3Job Specifics / Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and support complex development approaches in collaboration with business analysts and functional consultants. /li liAct as trusted Technical Advisor/Expert. /li liImplement functionalities to meet customer requirements using the front-end and back-end capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. /li liImplement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, whether on cloud or on premise (ex: SSO, SAP, other ITSM applications, etc.), using technologies like SOAP and REST Webservices, JDBC, LDAP, etc. /li liProduce technical documentation. /li /ul h3Working Relationships /h3 pYou may be individually assigned to clients or working in teams together with direct DXC colleagues, and likely with colleagues from other DXC countries. /p pWorking with: /p ul liServiceNow Solution Consultants /li liBusiness Analysts /li liProject Managers /li liServiceNow Architects /li liOther ServiceNow Technical Consultants /li /ul h3Clients /h3 ul liMain stakeholders such as Product Owners, Customer Subject Matter Experts, and customer architects. /li liCustomer developers and IT technical staff. /li liServiceNow support team and Technical Experts. /li /ul h3Education and Professional Experience Required /h3 ul liBachelor/master’s degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. /li liRelevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform (GRC/IRM, ITOM, HRSD SecOps and/or other topics). /li liExperience in consulting external customers. /li liKnowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience in the full life cycle of Software Development, from business requirements analysis to solution design, testing and go-live. /li liExperience in system performance analysis and documentation. /li liExperience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules. /li liMastering web technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, AngularJS with ServiceNow. /li liScripting proficiency in ServiceNow Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Access Control, Validation Scripts, background scripts. /li liExpertise in creating and configuring tables, forms, lists, reports, workflow editor, email notifications and managing data under ServiceNow support administration. /li liExpertise in writing test plans, test scripts, test cases and generating reports in defect report tools from the market. /li /ul h3Personal Skills and Qualities /h3 ul liStrong personal commitment to quality service. /li liGood to have experience dealing with technical end-users in a service-oriented role. /li liHighly focused on customer satisfaction. /li liAbility to switch between multiple tasks/projects/contexts. /li liCurious and self-learner. /li liAbility to assume leadership and work without direct supervision. /li liStrong interpersonal communication skills and like working with customers in problem solving mode. /li liCapacity to travel which will be necessary but is not integral to this position. /li liFluent in Dutch or French and English. /li /ul pAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
