Zeopore Technologies NV (Leuven, BE) is a growing technology development and product manufacturing company. We aim to supply a portfolio of improved zeolites for high performance catalysts driving the optimization of existing refining / petrochemical processes and economizing sustainable fuels, chemicals and advanced plastic waste recycling. We work in a global context with multinational customers, establishing strategic partnerships and approaching impactful investors.

We are hiring an Account Manager who will support our growth ambitions by helping the CEO to fundraise, building and managing these investor and customer pipelines, grow our market intelligence and presence, assist in business planning and supply chain management.

This is a high-impact role for someone eager to combine an entrepreneurial attitude, solid business sense, interpersonal strength, and a passion for sustainability in a technology-driven environment.

Your role

In this dynamic and evolving position, you’ll play a key role in supporting Zeopore’s commercial growth across multiple fronts. You will report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with operations, QA and senior management.

Per immediately, you will:

• Manage the investor, partners and customers pipeline

• Develop and follow up on key leads, (new) investor approaches and customer interactions

• Organize and streamline commercial and market intelligence, and manage the companies CRM system

• Assist in marketing communications, business planning, and supply chain coordination

• Build a solid understanding of our products, markets, and company dynamics

When fully onboarded, you’ll take on:

• New business development in emerging and sustainable chemical markets

• Establishing commercial and co-development opportunities

• Supporting the scaling of Zeopore’s go-to-market strategies across continents

• Taking ownership of new consortia and key account relationships

Your profile

You’re commercially sharp, energetic, and driven by business impact. You enjoy connecting with people, uncovering opportunities, and making things happen.

· A strong communicator with persuasive presentation skills

· Entrepreneurial mindset and ‘can-do’ mentality

· Passionate about sustainability and innovation

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Marketing

· 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or account management role is a plus
