Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and document existing business and financial processes
* Design detailed technical solutions based on functional requirements
* Develop and maintain code using Python following enterprise standards
* Structure, manage, and optimize data using SQL and Access databases
* Estimate development workload and support project planning
* Prepare and support production deployment, including integration and testing
* Assist in test execution, defect analysis, and bug fixing
* Document development activities (technical design, code, unit testing, code reviews)
* Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Skills & Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Functional Analyst
* Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Access Database, and data structuring
* Solid understanding of financial concepts and P&L processes
* Knowledge of Asset and Liability Management (ALM)
* Experience working in Agile environments (MVP approach)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Good communication skills with proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
* Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
* Rigorous, methodical, and well-organized working style
