About the Role

The role involves managing all aspects of valuable transport orders, including administrative activities and daily communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
* Order acceptance and processing
* Acting as an intermediary between customers and internal teams
* Ensuring customer agreements are defined and applied
* Proactively resolving issues that could lead to customer dissatisfaction
* Keeping transport planners informed about orders taken
* Collaborating with operational and sales teams
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A background in customer service, preferably in logistics
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
* Attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Excellent working knowledge of English and Dutch languages
