We are experts in our field and deliver tailored solutions for our customers.Premier brands around the world confidently partner with us to deliver their brand promises, anticipate and respond to industry disruption, and compete in a rapidly evolving market.**Main Responsibilities*** Develop and maintain SD & Pricing tools to support local teams.* Develop and maintain SD & Pricing standards and guidelines.* Develop and deliver training programs, tool onboarding, SD methodology workshops, and capability building across regions.* Support Local teams with complex data analysis and solution designing.* Building a central knowledge backbone* Develop a strong peer network to maximize gains from collaboration.* Prepare and lead solutions presentations to different client stakeholders, including executives as well as site operators.* Support implementation teams on designed solutions.* Support local improvement initiatives with global expertise.* Capability to assess the financial health of a project.* Partner with experts and external Solutions Integrators to stay informed about market developments that suit our business.* Deliver innovative designs for new contracts and renewal opportunities that enable Paxon to profitably grow our business. **Solution Design Manager**, you are part of the central **Paxon**Solution Design & Pricing team, a group of logistics and solution design experts. Our purpose is to strengthen local teams by building group-wide knowledge, developing tools and providing consultative support for high profile or complex projects. You will report to the Head of Solution Design and Pricing.**Location:** Hybrid**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*** Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions* Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities and timeframes simultaneously* Skills in organizing projects, managing time and priorities* Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills* Advanced software skills including Excel and 3D drawing* Highly organized, ability to create standardization across discrete activities* Strong influencing skills in a multi‐brand, multi‐country environment.* Consultative attitude, using experience to help others grow and make solutions stronger.* Strong communication and presentation skills* Process oriented and continuous improvement mindset* Able to deliver calmly under stress **Work Experience and Education*** 10+ years of proven experience in a similar engineering role and/or high level of operational experience in a distribution, fulfillment or 3PL environment with a high level of interest to process design and technology* Excellent knowledge of **English** (written and spoken)* Experience in supply chain, solutions engineering, business development within contract logistics* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent experience gained through relevant professional practice.* Ability to travel upon request up to 20-25% - travel is related, but not limited to, site tours and/or client meetings/presentationsLike a long-awaited parcel, we want to make you feel welcome and valued.
