In the Chanel Boutique in Brussels, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the boutique and help deliver a high-quality customer experience
The internship focuses on the following tasks :
Customer welcome and service, sales support, and boutique upkeep:
1. Welcoming clients and directing them to available sales advisors
2. Managing customer flow and providing beverage service
3. Supporting sales activities and assisting with product wrapping ceremonies
4. Ensuring the sales floor is well organized and attractively presented
5. Assisting with visual merchandising and the implementation of new collections
6. Maintaining work tools in good order and replenishing supplies on the sales floor
Other Boutique activities:
Depending on customer traffic, peak periods, or in the absence of a team member, you may be required to support back-of-house or sales floor activities, including :
7. Assisting with stock management (daily merchandise deliveries, cycle counts)
8. Stock optimization
9. After-sales service support
10. Preparation of client events and gifts
11. Analysis related to boutique activity
Profile
12. Attention to detail, adaptability, initiative, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
13. French, English, and Dutch are spoken in the store.
14. Saturday work required
