The various production processes within Vaccines are largely automated, using a wide range of equipment. This continuously growing department includes, among others, 2 fully equipped preparation centers, 8 formulation suites, 3 isolator filling lines with 2 stoppering processors, integrated inspection lines, freeze dryers, and a packaging line. The preparation team supports its two most important internal customers within the vaccines plant: formulation and filling. We ensure that formulation tanks, parts, assemblies, stoppers, etc., arrive on time, clean, and sterile to our internal clients. Additionally, we are responsible for the aseptic formulation of AlPO, which is used as a raw material in the production of the Prevenar vaccine. Role Responsibilities: · Identifying, analyzing, and eliminating bottlenecks and performance losses · Assisting with and coordinating activities during technical breakdowns · Performing and documenting root cause investigations in the event of quality deviations · Performing data analysis on preparation processes · Project management for changes and optimization projects within preparation · Point of contact for production in cross-departmental projects · Daily operational support to production Business Industry Life sciences Profile Requirements: Must have · Master’s degree: industrial engineer, civil engineer, bio engineer, (industrial) pharmacist or equivalent through experience Nice to have · Experience in a similar role and environment · Experience in a GMP environment · Experience in a production environment · Personal qualities · Team player · Technically inclined and interested · Strong interpersonal skills · Strong communication skills · Well-organized, accurate, and able to work independently Language Requirements: · Excellent command of Dutch and English Job location Europe, Belgium, Flanders, Antwerp Location Puurs Candidate criteria Level of experience 3 to 5 years
