Develop in JAVA yourself;
Develop technical guidelines for and provide process-based guidance to IT professionals and challenge them, including hands-on if necessary;
Draw up release planning;
Write documents for software houses (specifications; Over 9 years of experience with Java development;
Fluent in English and Dutch;
