* Become the internal expert for VAT and Social Security compliance in European markets, with support from Legal, Tax, and external consultants.
* Establish and document processes to ensure supplier compliance with company policies and applicable laws, potentially leading to sanctions or legal action.
* Lead system improvements to enhance data management and work effectiveness, including developing business cases and managing project teams.
* Act as the primary point of contact for Tax and VAT compliance requirements, focusing initially on suppliers in France.
* Bachelor/Master degree and a first meaningful experience in an Accounting / Tax function or similar position preferably entrepreneurship faced businesses. Preferences for experience in VAT.
* Excellent level of French and English
* You have excellent communication skills and are customer focused.
* You have a proven track record of rigorous work and analytical mindset. Correct data motivates you.
* You are a self-starter, capable of creating a network or contacts.
* You have affinity to project coordination.
