THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will act as a senior business partner to commercial and country stakeholders, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping commercial analytics, driving performance visibility, and elevating the maturity of business intelligence across countries.
Responsibilities Of This Role
Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and insights
Perform deep-dive analyses and deliver decision-oriented recommendations
Build, maintain, and own Power BI dashboards for daily and recurring reporting
Drive country-level analytics, including acquisition and point-of-sale opportunities
Partner with commercial, regional, and BI stakeholders to align on priorities
Ensure consistency, quality, and clarity of reporting and insights
Support and mentor junior analysts within the BI team
Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data, Analytics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, BI, or commercial analytics
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (mandatory)
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Experience in commercial operations, consultancy, or multinational environments
Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
