The Challenge
As a Solutions Architect in the Professional Services Team, you’ll be at the core of Urbantz’s technical delivery, shaping and designing solutions for some of our most strategic enterprise clients. In a fast-paced, multicultural and multilingual environment, your role is critical in transforming operational complexity into robust and scalable platform configurations.
Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure that every implementation is technically sound, future-proof, and aligned with the client’s business goals. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine hands-on configuration, deep solution design, and client-facing consulting within an ambitious and fast-growing tech company.
The Day-to-Day
* Design tailored solutions based on client business processes, ensuring optimal use of the Urbantz platform’s capabilities.
* Support Project Managers during client discovery and solution definition phases, identifying technical requirements and constraints.
* Lead or contribute to the platform configuration process, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
* Collaborate with Engineering to address complex integration scenarios and guide clients on technical best practices.
* Provide technical oversight during the testing and validation phase, ensuring solution quality and readiness for go-live.
* Contribute to client workshops and technical onboarding sessions, helping stakeholders understand the platform’s architecture and capabilities.
* Document solution designs and contribute to Urbantz’s internal knowledge base and reusable delivery assets.
* Assist in troubleshooting escalated technical issues during implementation, acting as a bridge between the client, Product and Engineering.
* Stay up to date with Urbantz product developments and logistics industry trends to inform solutioning decisions and evolve best practices.
The Must Haves
* At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics tech, or enterprise software environments.

* Fluent in French, Spanish and English.
* Ability to balance technical detail with business context and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops or go-live support.
