As an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract, youll play a pivotal role in supporting and enabling a strong Associate Experience for our Benelux Market. Based in our Zaventem office on a hybrid working model and reporting to the Senior HR Director, youll provide expert HR support across a broad range of activities. Youll ensure smooth delivery of HR operations, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with Belgium / Netherlands employment law, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and associates.
This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence and operational execution. Youll contribute to regional HR initiatives, collaborate with Centres of Excellence, and support leadership development and cultural transformation. With a strong focus on data driven decision making and inclusive practices, youll help embed a high-performance, values-led culture that supports our people and business goals.

1. Leading the People Agenda: Deliver the People Agenda for the Benelux Market, balancing strategic focus with HR operational excellence.
2. Coaching and Developing: Support leaders, managers, and teams to advance our talent, culture and journey.
3. Driving Regional Initiatives: Partner with the Continental Europe HR Team to deliver impactful people initiatives.
4. Advancing Data & Analytics: Enable data-led HR decisions through enhanced analytics capabilities.
5. Managing Talent & Performance: Oversee performance management, succession planning, and engagement activities.
6. Building Relationships: Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with associates and management, providing HR expertise.
7. Collaborating with Centres of Excellence: Address country-specific needs and initiatives with European HR Centres of Excellence.
8. Ensuring Legal Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Belgium / Netherlands employment law and develop HR policies aligned with legislation and best practice.
Were Looking for Someone With
9. Prior experience in HR Generalist / HR Business Partnering roles within an FMCG (or comparable) Industry.
10. Experience of working on initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including Change Management, Organisation Effectiveness, Talent Management, Performance Management, Culture, and Engagement.
11. Working knowledge of Belgium and Netherlands labour law and understanding of associated practices and policies.
12. A self-starter who has the courage and the ability to drive results, challenge the status quo, and continuously improve.
13. Flexible, problem-solving approach and strong team player / relationship builder across all levels of the Organisation.
14. Being able to manage and prioritise multiple stakeholders / priorities
15. Strong understanding and experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
16. Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
