Test Coordinator
* A challenging role is available for a Test Coordinator to join our organization.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to coordinate the testing process for various equipment and systems in a real-life container terminal environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing test plans, coordinating test environments, assigning tasks, tracking execution, organizing daily standups, ensuring adherence to test schedules, liaising with stakeholders, logging defects, ensuring quality documentation, and mitigating risks.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced multidisciplinary teams and has experience working in similar roles. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of software testing methodologies and documentation.
The ability to travel to the terminal site is required as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop test plans and schedules for Live Equipment and Mini Terminal Testing
2. Coordinate test environments, data, permits, equipment, and staffing needs
3. Assign tasks to LET/MTT teams and track execution using Azure DevOps
4. Organize daily safety-focused standups and ensure adherence to test schedules
5. Liaise with QA, IT, software vendors, and project stakeholders
6. Log and track defects, ensure quality documentation and reporting
7. Mitigate risks and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed
Required Experience & Skills:
* 3–5 years in test coordination or test management roles
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow preferred
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and documentation
* Experience working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams
* Knowledge of container terminal operations and Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) is a strong plus
* Ability to travel to Antwerp terminal site
