Job Description
Act as a Business Analyst for digital platform projects within the bank
Gather and document business requirements using JIRA and Confluence
Support project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth execution
Assist in quality assurance activities to maintain project standards
Prepare documentation and reports for project tracking and governance
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 2 years' experience as a BA/QA in digital banking projects
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and delivery
Strong understanding of digital platforms within the banking sector
Previous experience with HSBC/HASE is highly preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
