As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to build strong relationships with end users and drive new opportunities across the EU region.
💡 What You’ll Do:
* Cultivate strong partnerships with pathology labs.
* Promote advanced solutions (software and AI-driven solutions) that enhance workflow efficiency and image quality in digital pathology.
* Clearly articulate the value of software that connects scanning and reading workflows.
* Proactively generate leads, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals independently.
* Serve as a trusted advisor, especially to clients working with Laboratory Information Systems.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in sales—preferably in healthcare IT, digital pathology, or related software solutions.
* A strong track record in new business development and managing complex sales cycles.
* Solid understanding of software and AI in the healthcare space.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* A “hunter” mindset with a passion for driving growth and forging new relationships.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., French/Dutch) are a strong plus.
* Willing and able to travel frequently across Europe.
