Sales Application Engineer - Buildings & Electrical Distribution | Belgium (Groot-Bijgaarden)
Are you the technical link between sales and customer? Do you enjoy designing complex electrotechnical solutions and helping others understand and implement them? This is your role.
We are retained by a global power management leader with a strong Belgian presence to find a Sales Application Engineer focused on the buildings market. Based near Brussels, you will support the sales team with deep technical expertise, design multi-product-line solutions, and act as the bridge between customers, sales, product lines, and production — before, during, and after the sale.
What you'll do
Provide technical and application support to internal and external customers. Design complex applications combining LV components and systems across multiple product lines. Deliver product training on-site and remotely. Manage quotations and support project orders end to end. Analyse customer needs and translate them into concrete proposals. (Hybrid role)
Who you are
Bachelor or Master in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent - or 5+ years in application engineering or system sales. Technically strong, commercially minded. Fluent Dutch, good English, basic French. Familiar with CRM tools, quotation software, and Office 365. Based within commuting distance of the Brussels periphery - Ghent, Aalst, Antwerp, Mechelen, and Halle corridors all work.
