KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding:
* Actively manage recruitment processes from job posting to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
* Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and handle all paperwork associated with new hires.
* Ensure new employees are onboarded with all necessary resources, making them feel welcomed and integrated into the team.
Employee Relations & Support:
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees for any HR-related issues or concerns, offering hands-on support and guidance.
* Build trust by handling sensitive matters with confidentiality and transparency, creating an open-door culture for employees.
* Actively address and resolve employee grievances or conflicts quickly and fairly, always with integrity.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
* Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local laws in Belgium and the Netherlands.
* Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and other company perks, ensuring employees are well-informed and satisfied with the offerings.
Performance Management & Development:
* Oversee the performance review process, helping managers set clear and actionable goals for their teams.
* Assist in identifying employee development needs and create opportunities for upskilling through training and workshops.
* Provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers, helping improve performance and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Compliance & Legal:
* Keep up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Belgium and the Netherlands, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
* Ensure transparency in all HR processes and maintain accurate and organized records to meet legal requirements.
HR Administration & Reporting:
* Ensure all HR documentation (contracts, policies, employee records) is handled in a timely, organized, and compliant manner.
* Prepare regular reports for leadership on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment progress, employee satisfaction) to help drive decision-making.

What We're Looking For:
Experience:
At least 5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a managerial capacity.
Practical experience managing HR operations across Belgium and the Netherlands.
Familiar with both Belgian and Dutch labor laws, with the ability to adapt HR practices accordingly.
Skills:
* Strong hands-on HR management skills, with the ability to handle day-to-day HR tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Highly punctual and reliable, able to manage time effectively to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
* Transparent communication style, with the ability to clearly explain HR policies, processes, and expectations.
* Trustworthy and confidential, able to handle sensitive employee information with the utmost integrity.
* Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Language Skills:
* Fluency in Dutch and English is a must (French is a plus).
