* Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and staff
* Coordinate office operations and liaise with external suppliers and service providers
* Organise practical aspects of meetings and events (venues, catering, logistics, registrations)
* Manage incoming correspondence, shared inboxes and basic documentation
* Support on‑site logistics for key meetings, occasionally requiring travel
* Maintain simple tracking and reporting (expenses, databases, records)
* Fluent in English AND French is a must
* Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is a must
* Comfortable in an international and professional setting
* Well organised, proactive and service‑oriented
* Confident with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
