The company is looking for a charismatic and hands-on Country Manager to be the owner of Blåkläder Belgium. it's an opportunity to build something lasting, lead a team, and redefine their presence in the market.
You will be instrumental in restoring the team's atmosphere and taking the brand to the next level.
As the Country Manager, you will have full ownership of the P&L and be responsible for the entire Blåkläder Belgium operation. Your mission is to reshape the organization, transform challenges into opportunities, and lead a sales and back-office team towards a new era of growth.
Team Transformation: Reshape the current organization and inspire the team. You will lead, coach, and motivate the sales and back-office teams, making them more independent and empowering them to grow.
Dealer Management: P&L Management: Take full responsibility for the country's financial performance, ensuring the gross margin is defended and our business remains healthy.
Daily Management: You are a human and empathetic manager who loves to build and grow a team. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably in a dealer or franchise environment. You have a track record of building and motivating teams and can prepare a business for growth.
