Hunting Business Development Representative - SaaS Solutions (Antwerp)

Your Role
As a Hunting BDR, your mission is to drive new business growth by generating and qualifying high-potential leads across the Belgian market. You'll focus on prospecting, outreach, and identifying opportunities for the Account Executive team to close. Key responsibilities include:
* Actively prospect and identify new potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
* Qualify leads to ensure high-quality opportunities for Account Executives
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
* Conduct research on target accounts, industries, and key stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize outreach campaigns
* Track activity, engagement, and conversion metrics in CRM
You Bring
* 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or business development
* Fluent English; Dutch is highly preferred
* Proven ability to generate leads and engage prospects proactively
* Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
* Interest in technology and SaaS solutions
