About The Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to create a feasible implementation roadmap for our best‐in‐class products that will define the world of fintech. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self‐motivated, proactive, and out‐of‐the‐box thinker.
About The Team
The team is managing mostly Europe clients and the main area to cover with this role is France. You'll work on big payment implementation projects for several French financial institutions.
What You Will Be Doing
Performs gap analysis between the client's business requirements and FIS product' functionalities
Design solutions of how these gaps will impact the business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems
Calculates/estimates costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions
Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics and identifies improvement opportunities
Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards
Working with product management, project manager, the client and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team
Engaging in scrum rituals and ceremonies
Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency
What You Will Need
Knowledge of payment schemes (SEPA classic, SEPA instant, SWIFT)
Knowledge of business analysis principles and ratios
A bachelor's in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience
Good technical background to understand detailed use cases
Knowledge of FIS' payment products and services if possible
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
Willingly shares relevant knowledge and expertise to other resources
Ability to estimate work effort for project sub‐plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
Fluent French and English speaking & writing
