Our client, an international group engaged in a strong dynamic of evolution, structuring and development, is seeking its future process engineer who understands the full interaction between powder, tooling, and compacting (press) machines. This is not just a generic engineering role: the value for the department lies in having someone who can quickly diagnose production issues and continuously improve tooling and processes.First-Line Technical Support on the Shopfloor The engineer must be able to step in immediately when something goes wrong in production:

* Powder → Machine → Tool → Process → Quality Change one element, and the others are affected. This engineer must be someone who naturally thinks in terms of cause-and-effect across the entire process chain. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering
