A supply chain organisation focused on sustainable solutions is seeking an experienced CRM Solution Architect to lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the system’s strategy, functionality, and ongoing optimisation to support sales, commercial, and customer experience operations.
Responsibilities
* CRM Ownership & Strategy: Serve as the primary architect, defining a roadmap that aligns with business goals.
* Business Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to gather requirements, design CRM solutions, and provide expertise on best practices.
* System Administration & Support: Manage all configurations, customisations, and integrations; coordinate with third-party vendors; ensure GDPR compliance.
* Innovation & Optimisation: Enhance workflows, reporting, and data management; implement dashboards and analytics; drive system adoption.
* Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation and deliver user training to support system usage.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect or equivalent role.
* Deep understanding of system design, configuration, integration, and data governance.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience with vendor management and compliance (GDPR).
* Fluent in English, Dutch or French is a plus.
* Background in supply chain, sales, or customer operations.
* Familiarity with Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power BI.
* Strategic ownership of a core business system.
