We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Associate to join our Northern Europe team, supporting the execution of regional marketing initiatives across our Trauma & Extremities (T&E) portfolio.
This is a strong opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to gain broad exposure across markets, products, and stakeholders, and to develop towards a future Product Management role.

What you will do
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities across the region, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.
Marketing Execution
1. Support the development and implementation of localized marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand strategy
2. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance campaign execution
Events & Projects
3. Coordinate regional events, customer meetings, and congresses, ensuring high-quality delivery
4. Support and contribute to regional projects (e.g. training initiatives, digital programmes)
Sales Enablement
5. Manage and distribute marketing materials and sales support tools
6. Adapt global content for local market needs
Operational Support
7. Track marketing budgets and support purchase order processes
8. Maintain marketing tools, platforms, and promotional inventory
Cross-functional Collaboration
9. Work closely with product managers, sales teams, and business unit leaders across Northern Europe
10. Build strong relationships to ensure alignment and effective execution
Market Insight
11. Develop product and market knowledge, including competitive landscape
12. Gather feedback and insights to support continuous improvement
What we are looking for
13. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
14. 2+ years of experience in marketing, product support, or a commercial role
15. Experience in healthcare or MedTech is preferred
16. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
17. Hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail
18. Confident communicator, able to work across different functions and seniority levels
19. Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-country environment
20. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
21. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

22. Preferred location: Amsterdam (other Northern Europe locations may be considered)
23. Scope: Northern Europe region
24. Travel: approximately 30–40%
