Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, review, and approve account reconciliations in line with the Blackline matrix.
* Monitor monthly reconciliations between inventory systems and SAP.
* Ensure accurate accounting and reporting for Switzerland intercompany and trade entities.
* Support month- and quarter-end close, including HQ and local finance reporting.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements; act as liaison with external auditors.
* Drive process improvements and support audit action plans.
* Participate in or lead finance-related projects, including new business/process implementations.
* Manage trade abroad reporting related to Pharma activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS or US GAAP).
* Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a proactive mindset.
