General information Reference 2025-1230 Job title Manager Reward Practice (Zaventem/Antwerp or Ghent) Function Tax and Legal - Manager Roles & Responsibilities -You will supervise an enthusiastic team of (senior) advisers. -You will assist organizations with the implementation of (flexible) reward and mobility plans from start to finish. -Your responsibilities include coordination and project delivery, close collaboration with tax, legal and IT experts, execution of final technical reviews, staff training, and a high level of involvement in the expansion of the fast‑growing reward practice. -In addition, you will have the opportunity to stay up to date and further develop expertise in this area, while applying and strengthening leadership skills. Location Zaventem HQ Skills & Qualifications -You hold a master’s degree. -You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in reward. -You are motivated to support clients with reward and mobility challenges. -You have the ability to communicate with impact in an open, honest, consistent and clear manner. -You possess strong organizational skills to -manage large and complex projects and are able to interact with stakeholders at all levels. -You have a client‑centric, innovative and proactive mindset. -You are motivated to build relationships internally and with clients. -You are confident working with AI tools and adopt a critical mindset when using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
