Your priorities will be around automation and innovation, sales enablement and partner engagement. /li liYou contribute to improving our efficiency, increasing our productivity, and driving profit for our business.br /li /ul pAs a Data Analyst: /p ul liYou massage the sales data of our medium sized company. /li liYou keep our forecast up to date. /li liYou are responsible for helping our colleagues and partners leverage data and identify opportunities for improvement, analyze trends, recognize potential issues and provide solutions. /li liYou make sure that our Business Intelligence strategy is delivered. /li liYou create periodical reports for our stakeholders. /li liYou provide data on an adhoc basis. /li liYou analyze and interpret the figures so that you can give advice that will guide our business decisions. /li /ulbrul liYou love data and you love to make an impact. /li /ul ul liHands-on experience with PowerBI (including Power Query and DAX), Tableau or other Data Visualization tool is a must. /li liDexterity with Excel. /li liExperience with Salesforce CRM as a data source is desirable. /li liKnowledge of SQL, R Studio, Python would be very beneficial. /li liVery solid organizational skills and autonomy. /li liGreat communicator ready to present to different stakeholders. /li liStrong ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultures with a relation-based communication style rather than transactional. /li liAbility to contribute to roadmaps, prioritizing, and balancing multiple priorities and influencing without direct authority. /li liExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, including experience using data to inform decision making. /li liAgile and cross-functional task mindset and learn apply attitude /li liAdaptable to different communication preferences (phone, email, video call, etc.) in order to get all relevant information and material from stakeholders to continue with a project or initiative. /li liExcellent level of English allowing you to communicate impactfully with all stakeholders. /li /ulbrul liEach person is unique.
