As Facility / Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
1. Coordinating the office
2. Follow-up & ordering of office supplies
3. Contact for suppliers
4. Managing in/out mail
5. Managing badges & access for visitors & employees
6. General administrative support (phone, documents, emails...) at the reception
7. You are fluent in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English
8. You can use MS Office fluently
9. You have at least 1 year experience in administration/reception or another relevant function
10. You are hands-on, dynamic, organised & proactive
11. You are sociable and have good communication skills
