A Global Client of ours is seeking experienced ISG Consultants (Information Security Governance) to support cybersecurity enablement initiatives across client environments. These roles focus on advising organizations on strengthening their information security governance frameworks and risk management practices.
Job Title: 2x ISG Consultant (Freelance / Contract) – 2 Positions
Location: Flemish Region, Belgium – Hybrid

Positions Available
• 1x ISG Consultant – Fluent French Speaker
• 1x ISG Consultant – Fluent Dutch Speaker
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise and assist clients in establishing and enhancing cybersecurity governance frameworks
• Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures
• Support risk mitigation strategies across IT and business environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align security with business objectives
• Lead and coordinate cybersecurity projects, ensuring effective delivery
• Contribute to governance methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, information security governance, or risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver practical, solution-oriented cybersecurity advice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Requirements:
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in French OR Dutch, depending on the position
Ideal Profile:
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity projects and coordinating stakeholders
• Strong ability to translate security challenges into practical business solutions
• Comfortable working in client-facing and consulting environments
• Experience with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT is a plus
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001) are preferred
