Customer Service Specialist / Field Service Engineer – Off-Highway
Join Allison Transmissions Bruges as a Customer Service Specialist and become the first point of contact for our customers and service partners. You'll provide remote and on-site support, deliver training, and help ensure our products perform at their best worldwide.
Hybrid work: 1 day/week remote (after onboarding)
International travel: approx. Provide technical support to customers and service centers. Organize and deliver product training
Prepare service manuals and technical publications
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on-site
Collaborate closely with OEMs and internal teams
Develop training and documentation
Support via email (80%) and phone (20%)
Perform field analysis and problem resolution
Advise on complex service issues
Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Automotive or similar
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
