General Description

Responsible for assisting and providing administrative support in managing the operational processes of their unit or department following MCS guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions

Makes, refers, and answers department phone calls.
Attending client visits to the department.
Draft documents and/or presentations as requested.
Assists the reception when necessary.
Keeps inventory of the materials in their area and prepares requisitions for their purchase.
Organizes their supervisor's schedule and coordinates meetings, activities, interviews, and appointments.
Creates and maintains confidential files.
Participates in managing invoices, checks, purchase orders, and/or claims.
Complies fully and consistently with company standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, subject to the education and experience requirements stated in this document.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in office systems or Secretarial Sciences with two (2) years of experience performing administrative tasks in a similar position.

OR

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of experience performing administrative tasks in a similar position.

OR

Education and Experience: Associate's Degree (two (2) years of studies equivalent to 60 university credits), Secretarial Sciences or Office Systems course, with four (4) years of experience performing administrative tasks in a similar position.

Spanish – Intermediate (writing, conversational, and comprehension)
