Your Responsibilities as Management Assistant
As Management Assistant, you will provide daily administrative and organizational support to the Commercial Director and help ensure smooth coordination of activities:
* Managing complex agendas and scheduling meetings
* Organizing business trips (flights, hotels, train bookings, itineraries)
* Coordinating internal and external meetings
* Managing emails, administrative follow-up, and documentation
* Supporting the preparation of presentations and reports
* Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
* Assisting with various day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Your Profile as management assistant
* Excellent level of French and English (written & spoken)
* Dutch is a strong asset
* Previous experience as Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proactive, service-minded, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
