The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor's degree and administrative experience. They should be proficient in Dutch and English, with any other European language being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agenda management
* Organization of meetings and travel arrangements
* Mise-en-page of PowerPoints & documents for meetings
* Help with the organization of events for different departments (together with the office management team)
* Assist with internal & external communications
* Ad-hoc projects & admin support
Requirements:
* Professional proficiency in Dutch & English
* Min. a Bachelor degree and first administrative experience
* Good organizational & communication skills
