The QA/QX Inspector is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and verifying the quality of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on large-scale projects delivered under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework.
This role ensures that all CSA works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), client standards, and applicable codes—supporting defect-free delivery, commissioning readiness, and successful handover.
Mission Description
Quality Inspection & Compliance (CSA)
* Conduct regular site inspections of CSA works in alignment with approved ITPs and quality plans
* Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and client standards
* Ensure materials, workmanship, and installations meet Data Center quality requirements
Inspection, Testing & Documentation
* Witness inspections and tests for CSA works as defined in ITPs
* Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and quality checklists
* Maintain accurate inspection records, punch lists, and quality documentation
Non‑Conformances & Corrective Actions
* Identify, record, and report CSA-related non-conformances (NCRs)
* Verify implementation and close-out of corrective and preventive actions
* Support root cause analysis for recurring quality issues
Coordination & Interface Management
* Coordinate quality-related matters with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams
* Liaise with the PMC QA/QC team, design teams, and client representatives
* Support interface management between CSA and MEP works to prevent quality conflicts
Handover & Close-Out Support
* Assist in preparing and validating CSA quality documentation for handover
* Participate in snagging activities, punch walks, and final inspections
* Ensure timely resolution and closure of all CSA quality items prior to commissioning and handover
