Are you a experienced pharmacovigilance professional with a passion for compliance and audit readiness? This project contract until December 2027 offers you a unique opportunity to lead global inspection management within a supportive global pharmaceutical company. You play a vital role in ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements (GVP, GCP, GLP) while collaborating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive global pharmacovigilance inspection readiness activities before inspections are announced to secure compliance.
* Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders across pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and clinical teams.
* Review critical documentation thoroughly to ensure adherence to global regulatory expectations.
* Support and host global pharmacovigilance inspections by executing front room and back room activities.
* Provide quality oversight on pharmacovigilance systems and processes globally to improve inspection outcomes.
Qualifications
* Around 5 to 8+ years of proven experience in pharmacovigilance, GVP quality, or auditing.
* Mandatory experience in inspection management, with a track record of hosting regulatory inspections.
* Strong knowledge of global regulatory authorities like the FDA, EMA, and MHRA.
* Solid background in GVP compliance, quality assurance, and meticulous documentation review.
* Excellent knowledge of English & good knowledge of French.
* High capability to collaborate effectively in global, transversal environments.
