Role summary
* Drive adoption, activation, and expansion of the SCR platform across the logistics ecosystem
* Translate complex technology into clear, compelling communication that drives behaviour change and measurable growth
* Focus on product-led growth for existing users and ecosystem engagement with carriers, terminals, and authorities
* Combine strong storytelling with data, experimentation, and performance tracking
Key responsibilities
Product-led growth, activation & retention
* Design and execute activation programs for new and existing users
* Build lifecycle communication journeys (emails, guides, webinars, in-product messaging) to increase engagement and conversion
* Drive measurable ARR growth through improved conversion, upsell, and customer lifetime value
* Develop referral-style campaigns that encourage users to invite customers and suppliers into the SCR network
* Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify and remove usage friction
* Implement automated, data-driven onboarding and adoption flows
* Coordinate and manage freelance digital marketers to execute campaigns
Go-to-market & expansion
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, improvements, and use cases
* Focus on adoption and expansion rather than pure lead generation
* Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives through behaviour-based lifecycle campaigns
* Optimise in-product, lifecycle, and account-based communication for conversion and retention
* Align messaging, pricing logic, and activation flows with product, sales, and customer operations
Ecosystem & partner engagement
* Support digital and event-based engagement initiatives for carriers and industry stakeholders
* Turn successful implementations into compelling case studies and proof points
* Coordinate joint marketing activities with carriers and partners
* Maintain a professional presence across relevant industry channels and communities
Brand, content & communication
* Develop and maintain a clear, unified narrative and visual identity for SCR
* Manage content creation (copy, design, video) directly or via freelancers and agencies
* Ensure brand consistency across website, presentations, email communication, and product documentation
* Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and performance reporting
Thought leadership & innovation positioning
* Position our client as a technology and innovation leader in digital logistics
* Develop white papers, opinion pieces, and articles highlighting SCR’s impact
* Support employer branding and investor confidence through technology storytelling
Required qualifications
* 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing
* Background in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments
* Proven track record in data-driven activation, adoption, and conversion initiatives
* Strong storytelling and content creation skills
* Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. Ortto, Google Looker, or similar)
* Strategic yet hands-on, comfortable moving between planning and execution
* Strong cross-functional communicator
* Fluent in English

* Experience in logistics, maritime, or complex B2B ecosystems
* Additional European languages (Dutch, French, or German)
