We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, an international Executive Search company located in the centre of Brussels, offices easily accessible by public transportation.
Welcoming clients and candidates; Handling phone calls, emails, filing and copying documents; Providing administrative support: typing documents, preparing PowerPoint presentation, translating documents. Organizing meetings and making business arrangements in Belgium and abroad; Managing a database. Profil
Experience as an Executive Assistant in an international environment; Fluent in English, French and Dutch; Able to prioritize, with good organizational and communication skills; Eye for detail, quality-oriented, positive, solution-minded, autonomous and flexible; Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
