Ph3Overview /h3 pReporting directly to the Finance Manager Benelux, the Finance Business Partner will ensure the accurate and efficient management, reporting and control of the Shiseido Benelux Group operations. The Finance Business Partner will work with the Finance Manager to develop appropriate financial and business controls in line with Shiseido EMEA and Japan HQ requirements. Follow-up monitor budgets PLs in line with Affiliate objectives. /li liSet up the monthly closing and rolling forecast. /li liPrepare ensure yearly Financial closing in collaboration with Accounting Department. /li liOversee and improve all financial aspects and implement strong systems, processes, and controls /li liManage the end-to-end process of internal group reporting. /li liSell In monitoring and Sell Out transmission to headquarters (BOTAN) /li liBe the main point of contact of EMEA RHQ Finance team. /li liHigh level of interpersonal skills and potential for people development skills. /li liHigh level of organizational skills and ability to keep track of all current relevant priorities. /li liHigh level of analytical skills with the ability to interpret and develop immediate action plans. /li liStrong relationship and stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally. /li liFluent in French, English.
