Main activities
OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
1. Support the Store Manager in all operational & administrative areas
2. Ensure the respect of all company policies
DRIVE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE:
3. Achieve and drive own and team's sales objectives
4. Identify and develop client development opportunities for the team
5. Maintain own client portfolio
6. Coach the team to provide a consistent level of personalised service to all clients creating long-term relationships
7. Support the store manager in preparing the buying sessions
TEAM ANIMATION:
8. Be the link between the team and the Store Manager through frequent presence on the sales floor
9. Train and motivate the team to achieve best performance within Hermès standards and everyone's development needs
10. Assist team in the selling ceremony and front-of-house operations
11. Integrate new comers by sharing the Hermès spirit, quality and service expectations
12. Coordinate daily morning briefs
CLIENT SERVICE:
13. Be an ambassador of Hermès: demonstrate exemplarity and excellence in all client interactions
14. Handle client complaints and be a strong support to the team in case of conflicts
15. Offer an excellent after-sales service to create client loyalty
Profile
16. At least 10 years of high end retail experience
17. 3 to 5 years of managerial experience
18. Ability to lead and drive team performance and customer service
19. Good customer relationship management skills
20. Strong business sense with good analytical skills
21. Problem solving capabilities
22. Strong team player

27. Fluent in Dutch, French and English
