By creating a centralized and harmonized FP&A approach, you will enable greater transparency, consistency, and insight across our Global Product Business Unit structure. What You'll Do Establish and lead a centralized Global Commercial FP&A capability, supporting the Global Product Business Unit structure. Own global planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting and outlooks. Partner with Global Commercial leadership to provide forward-looking insights that support strategic planning, performance management, and decision-making. Lead global performance reporting, including executive reporting and scorecards, linking financial outcomes to operational drivers. Provide financial oversight and insight on business cases, investments, and cost planning to support transparency and value creation. Drive harmonization of financial planning and reporting processes, fostering standardized, efficient, and collaborative ways of working across regions. What You'll Bring Significant progressive experience in Finance, with strong expertise in FP&A, financial planning, and performance management in complex, matrixed organizations. Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and provide clear, strategic financial insight to support decision-making. Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial statements, consolidation, and US GAAP reporting in a global environment. Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights. Experience working with financial systems such as SAP, SAC, Hyperion, and advanced Excel. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence.
