Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for assigned patient supply spend categories
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, to improve quality, ensure supply continuity, and deliver cost savings
Embed risk management and supply resilience measures into sourcing strategies and contracts
Provide market insights and innovative solutions to support business growth and patient supply continuity
Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing within a regulated, patient supply or life sciences environment
Strong understanding of patient supply drivers, GxP requirements, and regulatory frameworks
Expertise in commercial negotiations, contract management, and master agreement development
Ability to manage supplier relationships and drive long-term value, innovation, and supply resilience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and global teams
