Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming smart meter, IoT, sensor, operational, weather, market, and time-series energy datasets.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to ensure reliable, high-quality data is available for analytics, machine learning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Develop cloud-based data architectures and storage solutions that support large-scale energy data processing and analytics workloads.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality frameworks to support predictive maintenance, energy demand forecasting, renewable energy optimization, and anomaly detection initiatives.
• Design and maintain data models, data warehouses, and analytics datasets to improve accessibility, performance, and scalability.
Your Profile
• 2–5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Platforms, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehousing solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data architectures.
• Knowledge of time-series data processing, IoT data, sensor data, or industrial datasets.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with data orchestration and workflow management tools such as Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Prefect, or similar.
